Serving Sachse Families from Plano: Just 14 Minutes Away

Looking for a therapist near Sachse, TX? I practice at Connect to Thrive Counseling in Plano, about 14 minutes from Sachse.

Sachse is a tight-knit community that describes itself as tranquil and focused on a safe, enjoyable quality of life. If that sounds like your family, you probably want a therapist who feels the same way: calm, steady, and easy to reach.

Play therapy for kids is a big part of my practice, and it is in person only. I am one of the few male therapists in the Collin County area who offers play therapy. My office is warm, a little boho, and welcoming to everyone. You do not have to know exactly what you need before you walk in. We start by talking.

Introduction video to Aaron Helm, LPC-Associate thumbnail

Hi, I'm Aaron Helm, LPC-Associate.⁽¹⁾

Supervised by Katherine Dunham MS, LPC-S, RPT-S™, ADS & Kelsey D'Amore, MS, LPC-S, RPT-S™, ADS.

I work with adults working through hard, heavy stuff, and with kids who are still learning to put words to their feelings. I believe therapy should feel like a real relationship, not a performance, so that's exactly what you'll get with me.
